Tactical Tools for Building Psychological Safety - Cohort 2

The program on rounding will teach the why, the how and the what of rounding to leaders with the data and evidence supporting the use of rounding. The participant will learn of the types of rounds, the key ingredients for effective rounds and the ways to engage with open ended questions to support staff ‘voice.’ There will be a brief scenario to help them avoid conflict during rounds through the use of transformational language that leaders will apply to key scenarios, to build their confidence and skill when handling staff input.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, social workers, physical therapists, and all other healthcare professionals.
