2023 Together - PP201A - Chief Medical and Quality Executives Peer-to-Peer Meeting
Healthcare organizations continue to strive to improve clinical care and value across the continuum – beyond the four walls of the hospital. Chief Quality, Nurse, and Medical Officers, along with support from key stakeholders from three healthcare organizations will discuss how they have optimized measurement to drive financial, operational, and clinical outcomes. The executives will share strategies for balancing the expectations of the numerous scorecards, utilizing data and analytics in identifying and addressing opportunities for cost reduction and clinical standardization as well as engaging critical partnerships across the healthcare organization.
