2023 Together - PH364 - Chipping Away to Stop Sepsis
This session will describe how two organizations developed a multidisciplinary, multipronged approach to standardizing sepsis care. Improvement approaches included development of comprehensive clinical practice guidelines and integrating outcomes data with electronic medical record process measures to inform progress and set the bar. Results included dramatic improvement in sepsis mortality index.
