Vizient PSO Topical Safety Web Conference Series - Leading practices for suicide prevention
Subject matter expert will share with participants leading practices from a national framework and those identified by a Vizient expert advisory committee—Preventing suicide after discharge and in outpatient care. Attendees will learn about leading practices for implementing systemwide screening, assessment, care pathways, and evidence-based treatment for patients at risk of suicide in all health care settings and metrics to monitor improvement.
