This includes structures and processes for behavior de-escalation. They will discuss leading practices for creating effective mentorship programs at their organizations. The CNO Network Meeting will provide a forum for nurse executives to discuss successes and challenges and engage in discussion with leaders who will bring an evidence-based knowledge to the discussions.
