2023 Together - PH362 - Journey to Improving on a National Quality Scorecard
This panel session will feature Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital and the University of Maryland Medical Center describing their organizations’ efforts to improve their ranking in the Vizient Quality and Accountability Study. Using the score as their true north, these organizations implemented changes to eliminate variation in care and improve outcomes. This effort led to both organizations achieving significant increases in their 2022 rankings.
