This session will focus on emerging and better-practices for leading through the COVID-19 crisis. Attendees will learn strategies to evaluate strategic shifts in care delivery models. Speakers will share examples of how they are reshaping priorities in light of COVID-19. By bringing CEOs and clinical executives together to share information about those changes and how they are finding solutions for their own institutions, attendees will gain insights on how they can adapt to their own practice.
