This activity will provide the participants an opportunity to learn from experts in the field.  The presentation will provide examples of the challenges and successful implementation of record of care regulatory / accreditation rules and standards as well as how to drill down to uncover the barriers to being successful and how to maintain the gains.

Describe the current impact of Covid-19 Public Health Emergency on documentation requirements and challenges. 
Describe the setting up and sustaining a COVID-19 drive-through testing site, including documentation workflow. 
Identify telehealth expansion opportunities and recommended strategy for successful implementation and sustainment.
