2022 Stronger-P2P-Medical and Quality Executives: Leadership, Workforce, Quality and Care Delivery
The purpose of this session is to explore the strategies that top performing organizations are implementing within six domains of care (safety, timeliness, effectiveness, efficiency, equity, and patient-centeredness) that have not only impacted quality and care delivery but have also driven clinical leadership and workforce passion. Participants will get to learn what their peers are doing to improve performance in roundtable breakouts, and then come back for final thoughts from the panelists with key action steps they can take to accelerate improvement efforts within their own organization.
