Spend Management Operation Learning Series 2023: Connecting to Purpose
Attendees will acquire a broad overview of the importance of Healthcare and Non-Healthcare Supply Chain. They will hear first-hand the key responsibilities, impact and outcomes within their roles. They will engage in a participatory learning environment to better understand the key components within the supply chain continuum. The transfer of knowledge is designed to be applicable within the attendee’s own organization to better manage a focus on clinical outcomes while maintaining a focus on cost and quality care delivery.
In this 90-minute sessions, we will provide:
• Exposure to different types of scenarios through story telling will demonstrate the importance in self-engagement and ownership related to supply chain roles and responsibilities.
• Peer collaboration to explore your connection to purpose related to patient care impact.
• How healthcare supply chain is defined.
• The understanding of unique pressures effecting healthcare supply chain.
• Overview of the key components throughout the supply chain continuum.
Target Audience
This activity is intended for nurses, supply chain staff, and clinical staff involved in clinical integration supply chain processes.
