2024 Reflection - W02 - Nursing Executives - On Demand

Supporting the transformation of patient care begins with our caregivers. Chief nursing executives will join their clinical peers for an inspirational keynote session focused on the significance of caring science and the need to create a more nurturing and empathetic environment.

Nursing executives will then join their peers to take an in-depth look at proven strategies to enhance operational efficiency and workforce sustainability in healthcare settings. Participants will also learn how two member organizations, Altru Health System and Emory Healthcare, addressed top-of-mind issues such as bed throughput, staffing, and the implementation of new care delivery models.
