Overview

The 2024 Vizient Connections Summit is designed to give member providers the opportunity to share their knowledge, experiences, successes and lessons learned and presents learners with the opportunity to take home real life, actionable strategies they can implement at their respective organizations. Learner takeaways include proven strategies and tools to enable transformational and sustainable change and evolve care models.  
 
This educational content illustrates the depth, sophistication and impact of Vizient member providers’ work to improve patient care quality, safety, experiences, effectiveness, outcomes, and satisfaction and drive efficiencies within member organizations. 
 
By participating in the Vizient Connections Summit, learners should be able to: 
 
  • Discuss leading practices for measuring, improving and sustaining high quality healthcare-related practices. 
  • Explain how healthcare analytics and/or insights can be used to improve healthcare performance. 
  • Describe at least one actionable strategy for your organization to achieve healthcare performance improvement.
