Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency ProgramTM Coordinator Call - What is the Nurse Residency Program Data Telling You?
Angela will be reviewing the benchmarking report first, highlighting trends and best practices that are related to retention and satisfaction of new graduate nurses. Following the benchmarking report review, she will be leading coordinators through their site reports, highlighting the data in each section, why it is important, and what it conveys about the organization. Lastly, she will be reviewing evaluation tools on the website that coordinators can use to report on their programs to leaders in the organization.
