In this call, we will revisit the topics we have covered this year such as, goal setting, using NRP site report and evaluation planning. Building from that content, we will discuss the Nursing Leadership Report: how to read it, how to use it, and how to make improvements based on the results. We will then discuss the different NRP stakeholders and the data points to present to each of these groups to drive meaningful meetings and improvements in the organization. Lastly, we will share a resource that has been created to help NRP Coordinators calculate and communicate their program’s return on investment.
