Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency ProgramTM Coordinator Call - NRP Data Series: Gaining Insights
Kaile and Angela will review the SMART goal content from the last data call, and begin this call by reviewing each survey and the domains that make up each one. They will focus on the indicators on the dashboard, highlighting when a domain requires closer inspection. They will then discuss how to use the Nursing Leadership survey to focus program improvement efforts. Lastly, they will show how these surveys are used to build an evaluation plan.
