Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program Coordinator Calls - Professional Identity in Nursing
Dr. Godfrey will spend her time teaching the coordinators about how to change the professionalism content to focus on professional identity and it’s 4 domains: Values and ethics, knowledge, leadership, and professional comportment. She will provide exemplars and discuss the relationship between professional identity and psychological wellness with the goal that NRP Coordinators will be able to begin this conversation in their programs.
