Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program Coordinator Call - Speaking the NRP Data Language
This call will highlight some new resources that have been created to aid coordinators in using their data. It will highlight some tips and best practices for presenting NRP data to CNOs, Directors, Managers, and other leadership.
The second half of the call, a team of coordinators will be presenting on how they use data to support their program. They will speak to their reporting cadence, which metrics they use, and how they have used data to drive support and change in their program.

2. Identify three data tips that can be used to communicate and support your nurse residency program.
3. Identify senior nursing leader stakeholders of the NRP.
4. Describe the process by which NRP coordinators collaborate with senior nursing leaders.
5. Discuss key components of senior nursing leadership meetings.
