Vizient/AACN NRP Evidence Based Practice Series - Implementation of the EBP Project
The Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program is fortunate to have over 575 members. We can network and communicate with a large group of organizations to compile and communicate best practices. A portion of the presentation will focus on the evidence behind implementation as well as best practices from other organizations that are successfully implementing evidence-based changes in their programs.
The second presenters are experienced coordinators who have a mature EBP program at their organization. They will be sharing tips on how to create an EBP culture in an organization including steps to take to improve implementation.
