Vizient/AACN NRP Evidence Based Practice Series - Evaluation and Dissemination of the EBP Projects
Many coordinators don’t know what to do with a project when the residency year is over. This presentation will give coordinators the tools to evaluate which projects are strong and need to be disseminated to the rest of the organization as well as some strategies for dissemination for best practices and professional development for nurses which will increase engagement in the organization.
