Vizient Transition to Nurse Leader Program – Vizient National Connection Call Session 1
This introductory session launches the Transition to Nurse Leader program, a structured professional development experience designed to support newly appointed nurse managers. The session will orient participants to the program’s format, timeline, and expectations, while fostering early connections within their local teams and the broader national cohort. Participants will explore foundational concepts related to role transition and leadership identity formation, grounded in transition-to-practice theory. The session will conclude with the assignment of the first month's self-paced activities, setting the stage for intentional leadership development and peer collaboration.
