Meg Ingram, MSN, RN

Meg Ingram is a Senior Director on the Nursing Programs team at Vizient, where she provides strategic leadership for advisory services and curriculum development across the Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency ProgramTM, the Vizient Transition to Nurse Leader Program and the Vizient Preceptor Program. With over 700 organizations nationwide utilizing Vizient’s nursing programs, her role involves partnering with organizations to build environments that support nurses during key transitions in practice and professional growth.
Prior to joining Vizient, Meg was a nurse residency program coordinator, where she developed a strong commitment to supportive, collaborative nursing programs. That experience strengthened her focus on designing transition programs that contribute to patient outcomes, cultivate nursing leadership, and advance evidence informed practice.
Her clinical background in orthopedic, neurosurgical, trauma, and emergency care, combined with extensive work in nursing education and professional development, continues to guide her approach to leadership, curriculum design, and transition support. Meg holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University.
