Vizient Southern States Quality Leaders Network Meeting
This activity will recognize and address the current challenges that have been accentuated by the pandemic. It will establish baseline education on how to align improvement projects with top organization priorities and utilize a problem-solving tool such as the A3, to help quality leaders and project leaders scope projects and reengage their organizations in improvement activities. This activity also provides the opportunity for participants to engage with the subject matter expert as well as discussion forums with colleagues to address current performance improvement and quality challenges along with current strategies to reengage and how a problem-solving tool might assist in moving forward.

1. Identify how an A3 can support improvement initiatives to get back on track post pandemic.
2. Describe how an A3 aligns projects with business goals, identifying savings such as resources, time, or money.
3. Illustrate best practice sharing and knowledge exchange between quality leaders and subject matter expert.

Identification, Mitigation, and Disclosure of Relevant Financial Relationships
