Vizient PSO HRO and Safety Education Series - Developing a comprehensive safety program
This series of activities will discuss approaches to high reliability and developing a culture of safety to identify and prevent patient harm. Subject matter experts will share innovative strategies for developing a culture of safety and a comprehensive safety program within their organization, analyzing safety data to target improvements, and developing metrics to monitor and improve patient safety. Topics for the series were developed based on member feedback and requests.
