1. Describe the experience of caregivers and the 6-stage recovery trajectory in the aftermath of an emotionally challenging clinical event.
2. Discuss a 3-tiered approach to meet the various needs of clinicians suffering after emotionally challenging events.
3. Discuss the potential impact of perceived institutional support on an organization’s overall patient safety culture and clinician wellbeing scores.
