Vizient Consortium Chief Nursing Officers Network Meeting
Participants will hear from nursing leaders who are actively engaged in improving clinical staff (registered nurses, patient care technicians) recruitment and retention. This includes structures and processes to attract and keep the best staff. They will discuss leading practices for creating effective partnerships between nursing and human resources. The CNO Network Meeting will provide a forum for nurse executives to discuss successes and challenges and engage in discussion with leaders who will bring an evidence-based knowledge to the discussions.
