Vizient Clinical Pathways Learning Collective - Using Pathways to Support the “Knowledge to Practice to Data” Cycle

April 20, 2021

The session will convene clinical leaders from healthcare organizations to observe a case example of pathways from a large academic medical center, followed by peer-to-peer discussion focused on addressing the current gaps in practice...I would leave them alone too.  I would say it's fine and if it gets picked for audit, whoever still works here can delete those slides if they're worried about them.

Target Audience

Nurses

Physicians

Learning Objectives

1.    Identify types of informational resources to support pathway development
2.    Delineate potential measures that can be employed for monitoring the impact of pathway programs
