USP Compounding Compliance: A System and Systematic Approach to Implementation of USP 800

A model for safely handling hazardous drugs both in and outside of pharmacy will be presented in compliance with USP 800 requirements. A system wide approach and organizational system in compliance with USP 800 will be a focal point.

  3. Examine a collaborative model Designated Person hybrid structure to oversee hazardous drugs movement and manipulation within the organization (inside and outside of pharmacy) to achieve compliance with USP 800 requirements
