System Chief Nurse Executives Network Meeting
Vizient is committed to two key elements; realizing the value of a system and engaging our system c-suite executives in improving clinical care they organizations provide. It is widely known that many organizations are merging to for large health care systems. Unfortunately, leading and realizing positive outcome for one organization is very different than leading for many organizations. System nurse executives have documented the challenges associated with standardization of patient care, leading across a system and understanding how to perform differently in their new roles. This meeting is designed to address their most pressing needs based on feedback from the Network members. Including, moving care to population health, managing the workforce to meet those needs and understanding the role academia plays in that shift.
