Supply Chain and Value Analysis Network Meeting

September 10, 2020

The national advisory group for the supply chain and value analysis network meeting preceding the 2020 fall Connections Education Summit is comprised of supply chain and value analysis leaders from across the Vizient-University Health System Consortium and Community Based Networks.  This team is supported by Vizient staff and hosted several planning discussions where the planning committee considered the topics, content and formats most relevant issued to their peer group.  Subsequently, the planning committee is inviting member presenters to share leading or emerging practice presentations during the fall SCVA meeting on a combination of topics from clinical supply integration, physician alignment, clinical quality value analysis transformation and supply chain operations management with time also dedicated for industry updates.  Through regular collaborations with Advisory Services and also evaluation feedback from the Value Analysis Fundamentals Workshop and discussions during our Clinical Supply Chain Leadership Series and Supply Chain Leadership Series, we hear that governance issues are of particular interest to nurse leaders and staff for members’ value analysis programs; therefore, our focus on continued efforts to integrate supply chain with clinical stakeholders during this session will respond to a particular need from our nursing participants in this session.
