Succession Planning to Ensure Future Success

This one-hour virtual session will showcase one example of a nurse executive succession planning program. They will highlight detail within their program that could easily translate to other organizations. Nurse executives watching the program can replicate this work to provide a succession planning path in their own hospitals.
