Pharmacy leaders from around the nation have already implemented PICS in their organizations and have seen firsthand how it has functioned given the COVID-19 pandemic. In this webinar we hope to illustrate key department areas that should be considered under a PICS structure and share real-world examples. The webinar will also provide insight how each leader went about creating a PICS structure.
