Nurse Residency Program Onsite Training

Time will be spent discussing common barriers and strategies to overcome those barriers.  Literature as to the importance of the NRP will be reviewed.  Resources for new NRP participants will be provided.  Training manuals will be provided containing sample agendas and resources to assist NRP participants in launching their programs.  There is a portion of the day specifically geared towards leadership to encourage buy-in.
