Medication Management Accreditation: Updates from 2021 Surveys

Vizient members who have had a Joint Commission survey will provide information to other Vizient members about their Joint Commission survey to help members prepare for the survey. People generally find it helpful to receive information about the survey process by getting first-hand information for others who have been surveyed.

  1. Describe multiple institutions preparation for medication management accreditation surveys
  2. Recognize specific areas of focus by the surveyor(s) in the past year
  3. Identify areas of opportunity at institutions where change was made as a result of the survey
