Medical Leadership Series: Leadership for Workforce - Building Effective Teams
October 8, 2020
The 2020 Medical Leadership Series addresses the skills needed for organizational success in an era of value-based care, providing physician leaders at all organizational levels with the opportunity to learn about issues centered on the current state and evolution of health care. In these educational webcasts, we offer strategies for working within and leading teams to achieve high-quality, cost-effective care. These webcasts are provided as part of your Vizient Member Network membership.
Improving and sustaining organizational performance in health care during the late pandemic and post pandemic era is highly dependent on the teams delivering and leading in care. Cultural norms, the structure of the leadership team, and the delineation of work among roles all create meaningful impacts in health system outcomes and competitive advantage. In this session, participants will take away strategies to intentionally develop positive culture within their teams, create a winning and sustainable structure and optimal utilization through role clarity.
