Unfortunately, leading and realizing positive outcome for one organization is very different than leading for many organizations. System nurse executives have documented the challenges associated with standardization of patient care, leading across a system and understanding how to perform differently in their new roles. This one and a half day meeting is designed to address their most pressing needs based on feedback from the Network members.
