Fostering team resilience by building it from within

This program will feature a recognized national expert and author in building personal and team clinician resilience, Dr. Stephen Swensen. Dr. Swensen formally led these efforts for Mayo Health and is now focused solely on resilience as a national consultant.  Additionally, we will feature an organization who has two teams actively working to improve resilience one for nursing and another for physicians and advanced practice providers.
