Clinical Supply Integration Learning Series: Driving value with your supplier partners
During this learning series, attendees will learn effective strategies to transform their relationships with suppliers to a more sustainable partnership in alignment with organizational objectives. Working together, hospitals’ interprofessional teams and suppliers will be able to create sustainable partnerships which will support data transparency and insights allowing suppliers an opportunity to tailor their strategies to support the priorities of the providers.

2. Discuss methods to increase the supplier’s awareness and understanding of hospital strategic goals and priorities.
3. Explain strategies to sustain the hospital-supplier relationship and transform episodic engagement partnerships.
