This activity is designed to equip pharmacy executives with strategies to align organizational priorities, consultant partnerships, and collaborative efforts to advance enterprise goals. Participants will explore methods to set strategic priorities, reduce duplicative and fragmented consulting efforts, ensure pharmacy leadership is engaged early in enterprise-level decisions, and develop a sustainable framework for effective consultant partnerships.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, pharmacists should be able to:
