Serving the needs of behavioral health patients continues to be a challenge in most markets. As health care systems strive to deliver greater value there is a growing awareness of the need to invest in behavioral health services. 3. Describe behavioral health care models, both inpatient and outpatient, that can specifically reduce labor costs
4. Outline the various cost saving opportunities within their own behavioral health program
