Adding a review for diagnostic errors to your patient safety program: Update from the UPSIDE study of Diagnostic Errors
Attendees will learn how to create and optimize solutions to reduce diagnostic errors and teach physicians how to avoid diagnostic pitfalls. Tools for evaluating whether a diagnostic error took place and determining underlying event causal factors so that actions can be taken to reduce the likelihood of diagnostic error will be discussed.
