This activity includes several presentations by experienced nurse residency coordinators who will share their most successful approaches to engaging new nurse graduates. New nurse graduates will have the benefit of growing professionally by presenting their evidence-based projects, networking with others from around the country, and continuing their life-long educational journey
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe at least two benefits of participating in a Coordinator Connections group.
- Identify personal coordinator needs where mentoring and ongoing discussion would provide support and innovative ideas to improve the nurse residency program.
