This four-part series is designed to address their most pressing needs based on extensive surveys and audience feedback. In 2022, the series will focus on leadership development, navigating workforce challenges, advancing high reliability during disruption, and optimizing the nursing workforce across the enterprise. Furthermore, we plan to support this series with adjunct program offerings on high interest topics as they arise throughout the year in the form of webinars outside of the four planned programs, via trending topic webinars.
