2022 Quality Leadership Series - Driving Excellence: Addressing Metrics that Matter

February 16, 2022

The goal of this series is to present various dimensions of leading and advancing quality within Vizient member network organizations and across systems of care through presentations by subject matter experts and thought leaders who have demonstrated outstanding or innovative approaches.  Through presentations from member organizations with leading practices in leadership, culture of safety and analytics, participants will be able to better understand the strategic importance of these various aspects and be able to model or adapt the tactics to their own organization.

This four-part series is designed to address the most pressing needs of quality leaders based on extensive surveys and audience feedback. In 2022, the series will promote leadership development by focusing on driving excellence through metrics that matter, reducing variation to improve outcomes, reviewing structures and processes that improve ambulatory quality, and effective care transitions for integrated care across the enterprise.
