2022 Clinical Workforce Conference - Allowing Staff to Shine through a Clinical Career Ladder
The Clinical Workforce Conference convenes multiple health care leaders from various disciplines across the country to discuss relevant challenges impacting the clinical workforce, share leading practices, and discuss the path forward for clinical teams as we stabilize, adapt, and evolve into the future. The conference will feature content and learnings related to clinician engagement and wellbeing, clinician leadership, and innovative care delivery strategies. This conference will assemble multidiscipline panels on the listed topics allowing them to describe how they address the topic to support their discipline. After hearing the discipline specific focus, the discussion will be facilitated to demonstrate to participants an interprofessional team allows for new and innovative ways to address long standing problems.
