2021 PI Collaborative Series – Capacity Management

During this series, we will look at issues facing health care organizations, such as improving staff well-being, the identification and care management of multi-visit patients, improving capacity management, clinical documentation improvement and patient transitions. All topics contribute to performance improvement.

  1. Create an action-oriented capacity plan that is clear, concise, communicated and followed.
  2. Recognize the important role leadership plays in capacity work.
