Vizient has been committed to clinical excellence and recognizes the pivotal role nurse leaders play in assuring quality of care. This three-part series is designed to address their most pressing needs based on extensive surveys and audience feedback.  In 2020, the series focuses on needs related to building resilience in individuals to build effective teams, nurse leader emotional intelligence, effective nursing leadership structures and leading models of care to address the needs of the chronic care population.  Furthermore, we support this series with adjunct program offerings on high interest topics as they arise throughout the year in the form of webinars outside of the three planned programs, via trending topic webinars.
