2026 Impact - T48 - Transforming Patient Experience Through an AI-Enabled Care Model - On Demand

Pain & Rehabilitative Consultants Medical Group implemented an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled, end-to-end care model designed to create a one-stop shop experience for patients. By integrating AI tools into access, navigation, documentation and clinical workflows, we eliminated redundant processes and streamlined staffing structures. This approach improves access, continuity and operational efficiency without adding staffing layers, enabling care teams to focus on high-value interactions. AI served as an enabler for consistency, decision-making and scalability, resulting in measurable improvements in patient experience and throughput.
