2024 Reflection - W01 - Quality Executives: Transforming Patient Safety: Innovation for Harm Reduction, Outcome Improvement and Hospital Ranking Advancement - On Demand

Reducing harm and improving patient safety is a top priority for healthcare organizations nationwide, and quality leaders are at the forefront of developing innovative solutions. Supporting this work at its very foundation are our caregivers. Chief quality executives will join their clinical peers for an inspirational keynote session focused on the significance of caring science and the need to create a more nurturing and empathetic environment.

Chief quality executives will then meet with their peers to explore a range of strategies from three different organizations as they unveil their unit-specific scores and harm grids. These have led to remarkable and sustainable improvements and propelled these organizations to top hospital rankings. Gain valuable insights and practical knowledge that will empower your organization to transform patient safety practices and enhance overall healthcare outcomes.
