2024 Reflection - W08 - Diversity, Health Equity and Inclusion Leaders - On Demand
The headlines are tough to read, but pushback means we are making progress — and now is the time to redouble our efforts on diversity, health equity and inclusion. Through Vizient®, you have access to an alliance of leading health systems working to ensure employees and patients can achieve their full potential and highest levels of health — so let’s compare and share!
This year, your peer to peer session during the Vizient Connections Summit features six member organizations presenting success stories and lessons learned to inform, inspire and accelerate your organization’s improvement journey. Your executive colleagues will share strategies for building a diverse and inclusive workforce empowered to provide culturally appropriate care by measuring and addressing outcome disparities, assessing bias in population health risk models, fostering a culture of innovation and implementing robust interventions. All that’s missing is your voice and experience.
