2025 Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program ACE Initiative Training - Session 4
This continuing education activity is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of nurse residency program (NRP) coordinators by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the new ACE Initiative recommendations and the structured tracks for nurse resident engagement within the initiatives. Participants will explore the updated curriculum in the Scholarship for Nursing Practice chapter, develop strategies for effective ACE implementation, and engage in collaborative discussions to refine their program objectives. This interactive session will empower coordinators to foster a sustainable, evidence-based approach to nurse residency program improvement, ultimately ensuring that nurse residents gain meaningful exposure to nursing quality, safety, and evidence-based practice/quality improvement (EBP/QI).
